COI Reminders

  • The 2014 Annual Certifications are now available for completion in the eCOI system.  All faculty who are engaged in research must complete the Annual Certification for 2014 by June 30, 2015.
  • The eCOI Proposal Financial Interest in Research Summary Report reflects a new column indicating whether a faculty member has completed their 2014 Annual Certification (AC).  An “Out of Date” status indicates that the faculty member has yet to complete their 2014 AC and needs to do so by June 2015.
  • Removing Projects via your eCOI Dashboard

If you have added a project to the eCOI system that either was not funded or no longer active, please remove the Proposal Financial Interest in Research Report form from your dashboard:

  1. Go to your eCOI Home page
  2. Click “manage my proposals”
  3. Find the specific report and click “remove” under proposal actions
