Take selfies with Safety-related items and be among the first to turn them in!

The first 25 people to complete the task will win a roll up sweatshirt blanket.

Here’s how it works:

Choose 7 out of 10 of the items below, take a selfie with each item, then label each picture and e-mail to biosafe@emory.edu (you can also prepare a collage and send one attachment). 

TAKE A SELFIE OF YOU WITH….                              

1. The emergency exit sign closest to your workstation. 
2. The posted emergency evacuation map. 
3. The fire extinguisher closest to your workstation. 
4. All of your PPE on.
5. Someone you are staying safe for (a family member, friend, co-worker, etc.).
6. Any safety information sign (wet floor sign, watch for pedestrians, etc.).
7. A safety professional at your facility (safety manager/supervisor, EHS personnel, safety team member). 
8. Documentation of the number of days your facility has worked injury free.  
9. Something you do to stay healthy (your healthy lunch, your walking shoes, your recorded steps for the day, etc.).
10. YOURSELF! You are the reason for being safe.
