COVID-19 Resources

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides a range of COVID-19 information from how the virus spreads to what to do if you are sick, and how to cope on a daily basis.

Make sure you know the steps to prevent COVID-19:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
    • Please check out the video below on handwashing;

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick and practice social distancing.
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.

  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.

  • Select your symptoms.
  • Receive feedback whether the symptoms you report suggest you may have COVID-19.
    • Includes the following contact information:
      • If you think your symptoms may be from the COVID-19 virus
      • Non-emergency health questions
      • CDC webpage for information on testing
