The Faculty Facing Mission Metrics for FY22 are now available.  As you might recall, we implemented Mission Metrics to provide informative metrics to faculty with a focus on the performance of ORA’s departments and units.  We share these metrics to increase transparency and utilize them also internally to identify areas for process improvement initiatives.   

As such we keep including additional metrics based on the availability of data as well as the feedback, we receive from you. For example, last year we added breakdowns by School or Business Unit.  This year we include the proposal submission turnaround time and volume for all RAS units as well as distinct staffing counts.  You will be able to find the FY22 Mission metrics as well as prior Mission Metrics by clicking here.
