The BioBGA Team has experience in the analysis of DNA-sequencing, RNA-sequencing, and the network-based method. Currently, the focus is the use of the multi-omics approach to broaden insights into the interplays of fundamental molecules/systems and interactions with the environment for complex diseases, including drug responses. They are also interested in expanding genetic research into underrepresented populations as well as developing countries.
