The History Department mourns the loss of an extraordinary human being. Our friend and colleague Dr. Pellom McDaniels III, curator of African American Collections in the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives and Rare Book Library, passed away unexpectedly in his home this past Sunday. Pellom enriched the life of every person who knew him.
