Process Improvement: Provisional Account Number (PAN) Distribution Process Streamlined

As part of RGCs various process improvement projects, effective Wednesday May 20th, 2020, Provisional Account Number (PAN) notifications are being distributed through OnBase.  This system enhancement will eliminate the need for manual emails and allow better tracking of PAN accounts.  As a result, all eNOA notifications will be stored and found in the OnBase system eliminating the need to review these notifications under the shared drive. This will allow a larger audience to be aware that a PAN has been setup once uploaded to OnBase.
