RCRA has created a comprehensive process for all ORA policies (i.e. policies in which VPRA is the Responsible Official) in the Employee and Faculty Handbooks. This includes thorough review and approval by relevant internal stakeholders within ORA and external stakeholders from the University at large. Finally, we are aiming for more robust communication, awareness, and training for new and revised ORA policies. There are several policies in the review/approval workflow now, and we hope to share updates in the coming months.
