“My drive is helping others be productive,” said Tanisha McNichol.

Tanisha McNichol has been promoted to business analyst III with the Business Systems Team. She had been a business analyst II since 2011, supporting Verint, the workforce management and call recording system used by Emory’s call centers. Tanisha began working at Emory in 2003 as a workforce data analyst for the UTS Call Center. Before coming to Emory, Tanisha worked for five years at Tauck World Discovery in Westport, CT as a business analyst.

A native of Norwalk, CT, Tanisha came to Atlanta because her dad purchased a second home here for his kids. Tanisha earned a degree in psychology from the Atlanta campus of Argosy University.

Tanisha has a daughter who started college this year at Georgia Gwinnett College, studying business marketing. Tanisha loves to cook, especially international dishes such as Jamaican, Italian, or Thai. Her signature dish is a curry chicken with brown rice and beans.

“My drive is helping others be productive,” said Tanisha. “I’m an analyst by nature. It’s what I enjoy doing.”
