Charles E. “Charlie” Minihan, age 65 of Decatur, GA, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015.  A service to celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 25, 2015, at the Chapel of Georgia Cremation, Duluth, GA. Messages of condolence may be made or viewed at www.GeorgiaCremation.com.
