Important changes coming to Emory Express

There are several important Emory Express changes coming in November 2019 that will impact the look & feel of the system as well as some process changes that are directly based on user feedback. The new processes and enhancements were designed to streamline, support and simplify buying processes at Emory.

The following changes go live in November 2019:

  • New look (this is a required change from the host company, Jaggaer)
  • New non-catalog Form*
  • Professional Services Form*
  • Direct Payment Form**
  • Non-PO Payment Form**
  • PO Close request in Emory Express
  • Return to Requisitioner option in Emory Express
  • Competitive Bid threshold increases to $10,000

* – New suppliers must be set up in advance of all forms. No more “New Supplier” option.

** – Replaces the current Check Request form

There are ELMS training courses that are currently available, as well as a plan for adding more soon. If you are an Emory Express user and have not already attended a course, please contact Anita Paye or Amy Jones as soon as possible.
