Come join the fun as we celebrate Staff Fest on May 12, 2017! Emory hosts this special annual event to show appreciation to staff members for the hard work and support they provide to the university all year long. The main event will take place from 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m. on the Quad.  Sign up now for volleyball, the fun run-fun walk, and learn more about what activities are planned on the Staff Fest website.

LUNCH: Lunch will be provided while quantities last and serving will begin promptly at 12:00 noon. Menu includes: chopped beef brisket or pulled chicken, barbeque baked beans, potato salad, cheddar biscuits, fresh fruit, and a small dessert. Vegetarian option is a grilled Portobello sandwich. Beverages include an assortment of Coca-Cola products.

Popcorn and ice cream will also be available on the Quad.

BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE: In order to support Emory’s sustainability goals, we want to encourage everyone to bring your own re-usable water bottle to Staff Fest. This will limit the amount of plastic water bottles we disseminate. And you might even win a prize! Show your water bottle to HR staff at the T-shirt table to enter your name into a drawing for a grand prize!

REMINDER: Staff Fest is for current staff and retirees only. Family members will not be admitted.

No Emory Information Central this year: In order to accommodate lunch and offer seating in more places on the Quad, Staff Fest 2017 will not include Emory Information Central (department tables and booths).
