Tillie brings a youtful exuberance to her work.

Mary Kinney (Enterprise Services), Manager of the Coordinator Team, would like to acknowledge Emory Coordinator III Tillie Loza (Enterprise Services) for going above and beyond while supporting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA).

Tillie was prepared to forward a list of fax numbers on Wednesday, June 26 at 5 p.m. Prior to moving the numbers, she ran a test and determined that CHOA’s fax equipment was not connected.

Tillie could have just forwarded the numbers on Wednesday as requested, but she knew this would impact patient care if the faxes were not setup properly with CHOA. The Coordinator Team was contacted by Jason from CHOA stating that they were experiencing issues. Although we normally just forward the numbers, Tillie worked diligently with Jason until midnight to resolve the issue.

This is not the first time Tillie was not on-call and came to the rescue for customer operations. Her dedication and efforts are greatly appreciated.
